Deliver Sustainable Client Impact

• Lead implementation activities including process improvement initiatives, operating model enhancements, and business transformation initiatives incorporating digital technologies, data, automation, and AI where relevant.

• Identify risks, challenges, and barriers to implementation and proactively develop mitigation actions.

• Support clients in building internal capabilities and adopting new ways of working.

• Monitor and measure performance improvements, quantify outcomes in terms of client impact, and ensure solutions are effectively embedded and sustained

Manage Client Relationships

• Establish trusted working relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.

• Build credibility with client stakeholders by consistently delivering high-quality work and demonstrating a strong understanding of their business challenges.

• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

• Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to client management teams.

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for workstream-related activities.

Support Team Development

• Coach and support Analysts through structured feedback and day-to-day guidance.

• Contribute to the development of junior FP team and client members by sharing knowledge, providing coaching, and leading by example.

• Take ownership for the quality and timely delivery of workstream outputs.

• Produce high-quality consulting deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, business cases, proposals and other client-facing materials.

• Contribute to knowledge development, methodologies, internal initiatives, and proposal development.

• Foster a collaborative environment that supports team success and continuous learning.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree. We welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds who demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, learning agility, consulting potential, and Digital, Data & AI fluency.

• Strong academic track record from a recognized institution.

• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, operational excellence, digital transformation, analytics, or related industry role.

Skills and Capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar business environments, identify patterns and root causes from incomplete information, challenge assumptions constructively, and develop practical and innovative solutions.

• Ability to translate complex data and operational challenges into actionable recommendations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in complex environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to create work-product-focused materials and outputs — PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles or other written deliverables.

• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving client environments.

• Digital, Data & AI Fluency: Understands how digital technologies, data, automation, and AI can be applied to operational and business challenges. Identifies relevant use cases, translates business requirements into practical solution requirements, and works effectively with specialists to support implementation. Uses digital and AI tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of consulting work. Coding expertise is not required.
