UI/UX Designer
Description
As a UI/UX Designer at Four Principles, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will combine strategic design thinking with strong visual execution to create intuitive, elegant, and user-centered interfaces.
Working closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, you will drive the full design lifecycle — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final handoff — ensuring every interaction reflects both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Design visually compelling and consistent UI components, style guides, and design systems in line with brand guidelines
Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements
Collaborate closely with mobile and web developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs
Work with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions
Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for a variety of screen sizes and devices
Contribute to and maintain a shared design system and component library to ensure consistency across products
Present and articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects across web and mobile
Expert proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
Experience conducting user research, interviews, A/B testing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data
Strong knowledge of responsive design and design-to-development handoff workflows
Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments is an advantage
