People & Culture Associate - KSA Nationals ONLY

FP is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven People & Culture Associate to support our growing presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This role combines two key areas of responsibility:
Talent Engagement & Employer Branding: acting as FP's representative in the market, building relationships with universities, professional networks, and talent communities, and supporting candidate sourcing activities across KSA.
People & Culture Operations: supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring a seamless onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience for our KSA-based team.
This is not a traditional recruitment role. Instead, the successful candidate will serve as a visible ambassador for FP in the local market, helping strengthen our employer brand, identify and engage top talent, and build meaningful relationships within the Saudi professional community.
The role requires excellent communication and networking skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a genuine passion for people, relationship building, and creating exceptional employee and candidate experiences.
Reporting directly to the People & Culture Director, this position offers broad exposure to talent attraction, employer branding, people operations, and culture initiatives within a fast-growing consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Engagement & Employer Branding
Act as a brand ambassador for FP across the Saudi market and represent the firm professionally at external events.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, career services departments, student clubs, professional associations, and other talent communities.
Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives across KSA.
Attend career fairs, networking events, university events, and industry forums to promote FP and increase market visibility.
Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through networking, referrals, social platforms, professional associations, and local talent pools.
Maintain and nurture a pipeline of prospective Saudi talent for current and future hiring needs.
Support candidate outreach initiatives and ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Provide regular market insights regarding talent trends, competitor activity, and candidate expectations.
Partner closely with the People & Culture team to support talent attraction strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
People & Culture Operations
Support day-to-day People & Culture operations for employees based in KSA.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners to ensure a positive and seamless integration into the business.
Support offboarding processes and employee exit administration.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries and people-related requests.
Maintain accurate employee records and support HR administration activities.
Assist with employment documentation and employee lifecycle administration.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Support People & Culture projects and initiatives as required.
Office & Employee Experience
Help maintain a professional, organized, and productive office environment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
Support office-related employee requests and administrative activities.
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and operational logistics where required.
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, team events, and culture-building activities.
Community, Events & Stakeholder Engagement
Represent FP at recruiting, professional, and industry events throughout KSA.
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, university representatives, and professional networks.
Support the organization and execution of employer branding, networking, and talent engagement events.
Promote FP's values, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates and external audiences.
Gather feedback and insights from the market to support continuous improvement of talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements
Essential
Saudi National.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, Recruitment Coordination, University Relations, Marketing, Events, or a similar people-focused role.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with the confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Passion for people, employee experience, and building communities.
Preferred
Experience in employer branding, university relations, talent engagement, or candidate sourcing.
Experience within consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
Familiarity with HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
Experience planning or participating in networking events, career fairs, or community engagement initiatives.
Knowledge of the Saudi labour market and local talent landscape.
