Product Manager - KSA Nationals ONLY
Ready to take your next challenge?
Overview
As a Product Manager at Four Principles, you will own the vision, backlog, and delivery of the digital products we build for our clients across government, semi-government, and private sectors. You will be the bridge between client stakeholders and our delivery team, making sure that what gets built solves the right problem.
Working closely with solution architects, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA engineers, you will turn business needs into a clear, prioritized backlog and guide each release from discovery to adoption, ensuring every increment delivers measurable value to the client.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plan in line with the client's strategic and digital transformation objectives.
Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, risk, and technical dependencies.
Translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that the delivery team can estimate and build.
Act as the main point of contact between client stakeholders and the delivery team, running workshops, demos, and steering updates.
Lead Agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work with the Solution Architect and UI/UX Designer to ensure solutions are feasible, user-centered, and aligned with architecture standards.
Define product KPIs and success metrics, track them after go-live, and use the data to drive the next round of improvements.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and accept or reject completed work against agreed acceptance criteria.
Manage scope, timelines, and trade-offs, escalating risks and dependencies early with clear options and recommendations.
Produce and maintain product documentation, including requirements, release notes, and user guides, to support handover and adoption.
Contribute to FP's proposals and pre-sales work by shaping digital product scope, estimates, and delivery approaches.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital product delivery, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on web or mobile platforms.
Proven experience owning a product backlog and writing user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience working directly with senior client or business stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools, plus Confluence and Figma or equivalent.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, APIs, and system integrations, enough to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
